Somethings pushing on my bladder and i need to go pee all the time..
(even though very little comes out each time)
My breast have got bigger by 25% in the last three days
(thats when i noticed)
- they are very tender, heavy and firm.
Usually my tummy is flat and i have abit of flubber thats appeared
My hormones are crazy i want to burst into tears all the time
- and i’m nervous and indesisive.
I am very tierd and my head is somewhere else, i cant concentrate on anything.
Ive been pregnant before, and i know my body! I would definately say that i am.
My last period started on 14th Oct
Condom split 27th Oct
Took Morning After Pill 29th Oct
Symptoms started 8th Nov
Period started 11th Nov
This is the wierdest/craziest emotional whurlwind that i have ever experienced.. and now that my fiancee and i have talked about the baby and how much we want it, i am so scared that i have lost it.
I took a pregnancy test today ; it was negative!
What do you think? Does this make sense to you? Am i pregnant? Am i mis-carrying my baby? Whats going on??
please please please help me.. i am desperate!
A friend of mine, had her period throughout her pregnancy and the test would only be properly reliable after a month.. this is why im confused.. am i – amn’t i? Especially because of the way im feeling..
when you started your periods now then you are not pregnant, if the periods are normal i mean it is not spottings.
pregnancy test in 4 weeks are generally negative
wait for few more days if your periods are normal then you should be happy
miscarriage is not like this after two weeks of pregnancy and in 2 wks you do not get symptoms like this.
request to get an ultrasound of abdomen done and also consult a doctor

You can only get a flat stomach with a sensible diet and exercise. Do weight resistance exercise to boost your metabolism and burn fat. Do high intensity cardio to burn fat.

im exactly 5 feet, 14yrs old and i weigh somewhere between 150-160.
im trying to lose at least 20-30 pounds before the 4th of july but i dont really care about the weight…i just want my stomach to be flatter!
i’ve been doing crunches like crazy and not eating as much as i used to. i also have been dancing as another form of exercise.
if you know any other things i can do to get a flatter tummy then please tell me because i need something more than crunches.
i would really like to know if its possible to lose at least 10 pounds AND get a flatter tummy in 2 weeks & if it is ..PLEASE tell me how to do it…mainly just worried about the stomach.

ok so you can def lose 10 pounds but i dont think in 2 weeks….ur body takes a while for it to realize that ur feeding it different things and excersising more so u have to be patient….the best thing that i reccomend is do a lot of cardio…..you should be burning more calories than taking in

i’m a 13 year old girl, i’m not over weight but i do have a little belly fat and it’s embarrassing i’m going to start eating healthy, by drinking a lot of water and everyday i’m going to do 20 minutes of cardio by doing the cycling exercise and maybe some sit-ups. do you think by the end of the month i would have a flat tummy?
If you’re not overweight, then absolutely.
The most important thing is to limit your calories to 1200-1500 a day. Don’t go under or over, and eat mostly healthy food.
Combined with the exercise, you should really have no problem.

well, first im Miguel a 13 year old teenager.(sorry for some wrong grammar and spelling) i have this kind of body where my arms where thin, my face looks thin, i look thin when i wore clothes, but every time i look in the mirror i would see my tummy , a very big tummy…. so i had this problem. my tummy looks bloated all the time. i always ask myself "Why do i look thin but i have a very big tummy?" i joined a dance competition in our school and its theme is "tribal" our costume was said to show our stomachs, so how can i get my tummy small and flat in weeks or shorter.(i would accept longer methods but not longer than 3 weeks). im a student. a first year student. i dont have time to go to some Gym because i am studying. what are some methods that would make my tummy flat in a short time without going to Gym and doing so much aerobics? thx.
You are your worst critic, you notice more things than anybody else. If you want to tone your core, look into ab exercises on youtube.

Im not fat it’s just I wanna lose this weight, especially because of my stomach. Im starting to run for thirty minutes 5 days of the week. I’m trying to eat a healthier diet. For the past month, I have been working out about every other day.
I have good looking arms and legs, I have never considered myself fat. I would say I am average. Except, from the top of my belly button, to thethornton of my waist line is not pretty. It’s about 2-3 pounds of not cute. I just want a flat stomach— that’s all! I don’t care about how much I weigh or anything. What are the secrets to get that flat tummy?
Twisting at the waistline! Selena the queen of tejano was famous for her amazing figure considering she was not a fan of your typical exercising workout programs. What she did was twisting at her waistline while dancing such as salsa dancing. She would move her feet keeping them close together and putting one foot in front of the other by moving her hips and getting the momentum mainly from twisting at her waist. Go to youtube and search for selena quintanilla perez baila. She also moved her arms one at a time all the way up towards the sky almost as if she were doing the back stroke. This helped stretch and strengthen her abs that eventually help to flaten her stomache. Search selena quintanilla perez carcacha. I have had the same problem with my tummy the above info mentioned helps. In addition do crunches by laying on floor and begin with both hands behind neck. As you crunch up take your right elbow and meet it with your left knee. Your legs get a work out as well. Once your elbow and knee have met exhail. Inhail while going back to begining position then take your left elbow meeting your right knee. Do this at a comfortable pace 25 times begin count each time an elbow meets a kneecap. At 25 begin another 25 really really fast. Then repeat another 25 at the comfortable speed you began with. The final exercise: begin standing up legs shoulder width apart. Both hands touching back of neck. Lift your right leg up towards the sky, your knee cap will meet your left elbow obviously you will twist at the waist bending slightly forward so this is actually possible. Then lift your left leg meeting your right elbow repeat 24 times. Do this little bit for the first three days and you see results immediately. From there on it is up to you to change up the amount of crunches. Your body will get used to the same routine if you don’t change it frequently. Now for the gross part, a stinky girl is a skinny girl! The first thing each morning in your stomach has to be a fruit or a veggie. I like either a minimum of 4 slices of apple or baby carrots. No broccoli, calaflour. This sets off your digestive track in the correct motion for the entire day. Don’t mix your fruit or veggie with any dairy product eat it alone. Then you can have yor bowl of cereal or yogurt. Calcium in the body first thing in the morning can contribute to constipation. If you take calcium supplements take them at lunch time that way you have the remaining day to digest it. You should have two servings of dairy each day to help your metabolism. And if at any time you get bloated eat a lemon wedge(not half of the lemon) then without gulping drink a glass of ROOM TEMP water. Wait 15 minutes and you will be bloat free. im 5’10, prepregnancy 65 kg with a flat stomach, 3 months after dropped to 56 kg
currently im 76kg and and iv put the weight on my stomach, legs and hips. the doctors said that my weight is alright. and from the back you couldn’t even tell im pregnant.
but now im 28 weeks and from 2 weeks ago i got thick stretch marks there where only a few so i didnt mind but this morning i lifted my top to put my cream on and omg they go from one side of my hip to the other side, they look so scary they are deep red/blue.
i know this is all part of pregnancy but can someone tell me how much bigger does your tummy get in the last trimester? cause everyone considers my tummy to be small.
and can someone please tell me what cream worked well for them,
iv tried palmers, almond oil, olive oil, bio oil
please please help me they are so itchy
Whatever you do dont scrach them it will only get them looking worse and get more. my doctor told me that it didnt matter what cream you put on as long as you keep putting any lotion would be fine because of your skin streching worked for me i just got a few marks but hopefully after you have your baby they will eventually turn white.

Move your body every day. Drink tea, no soft drinks, diet or otherwise. Drink a lot of water. Walk after dinner. Get a walking partner. Keep a calendar and write what you did exercise-wise that day.
