How can I get really slim thighs and flat tummy in a few weeks?
I’m 13 years old and I’m athletic, currently on my school’s basketball team. Since i live in cali it’s almost time to wear shorts again and i’m pretty flabby, i don’t know why. my thighs are horribly white so that makes them look bigger, but my outer side of my leg is perfect and toned but the inside is gross! my stomache is also like this, my oblique’s are solid and i know i probably have abs under a bag of groceries if ya know wwhat i’m sayin!
how can i totally get rid of all this fat and make it really toned an pretty? also a name of a really good self tanner lotion and razor so i can make my legs look really good?
i do eat healthy i want to know about excersices not diet!
Eat less.
Also, make your largest meal of the day breakfast or lunch…BUT NOT DINNER. Most people make dinner their biggest meal…but dinner time is close to bed time..and when you are in bed, you are not burning those calories as much because you are inactive. Try having cereal for dinner for awhile.
