how to get flat stomach?

im a 20 year old girl , and i have always been skinny . but i have a stomach and it realy bothers me , i dont feel comfortable in a bikini cause i feel so unbalanced ! i tried so many times to get ride of it but it never workes . i wana kno some tricks to getting rid of my stomack fat and have nice abs within the next 3 months before i leave for spring break , i wana be confident in my bikini in cancun ! icon smile how to get flat stomach? i wana kno everyyyy way possible to get rid of this tummy !

I feel your pain, the quest for a flat stomach can be frustrating. There is hope though, and it is possible to lose your excess stomach fat before Cancun!! These pointers will help you on your way to a flat stomach. First and most importantly make sure that your diet is in check. This doesn’t have to be hard, just cut out the junk food such as fast food, processed food, soda, candy bars, anything with a lot of sugar. Try to eat whole foods like egss, brown rice, sweet potatoes, lots of veggies, lean meats like chicken, turkey, and lean cuts of beef. Also try to eat some fish, not processed in the box fish but fresh fish, it’s really good for you. If you can do this your 80% of the way to a flat stomach.

Next is your workout. The best way to workout for getting flat abs fast isn’t going to be with traditional cardio like a treadmill or elliptical. Your going to want to focus on strength training while incorporating circuit training. Don’t worry you will not get bulky by doing this and you will still maintain a feminine physique. The reason for this is because muscle burns more calories than fat. So if you have more muscle than fat you will burn more calories.

Here is a sample workout that you can perform with little or no equipment. Your going to perform this workout in a circuit and it looks like this.

5 pull ups (if you can’t do pull ups use bent over rows or pull downs on a machine)
5 push ups
10 body weight squats
5 Chair dips
20 Jumping Jacks

Perform each exercise one right after the other without resting. Once you complete this circuit rest for 30 – 60 seconds and then repeat the circuity 5 – 10 more times. Now I’m not sure what your current fitness level is so you can adjust the numbers accordingly, these are not set in stone. This is just an example of the kind of workouts you should perform that will help you shed excess stomach fat much quicker than traditional cardio. You can make these workouts as hard as you like, its up to you.

If you start to implement these pointers you will be on your way to a flat stomach. Keep in mind that this is just one way to reach your goal, there are other ways to do this. This just happens to be the way that I feel is most effective.     First of all you can’t plan time to lose weight or something like that,you can’t say,i have 3 months…you do your best and results can come in even less then 3 months,you must do situps and cardio,but ”trick” is diet,change fat to protein.

    jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
    evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
    specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
    your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
    to work double on them. The best approach is this:
    1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
    weight, lower for overweight).
    2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
    3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
    an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
    stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
    for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
    that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
    will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
    body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
    to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
    pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
    crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
    ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

    Is there fat on your stomach? Can you "pinch more than an inch"? If so, you might be unlucky and share the male trait of holding more fat on your belly that on the rest of your body. The only way to get a flat stomach will be to lose fat. Spot reduction in weight through situps and crunches is a complete myth that has been debunked a million times. The reason your belly sticks out is because of fat deposits.

    The best choice for you would be to have a diet that helps you shed the fat. Given you’re skinny already, why not try a rapid fat loss approach (protein sparing modified fast) which will strip away the fat whilst leaving your muscles and curves in tact? This sort of diet is high in protein, low in carbohydrate and fat – and in 2 weeks could really improve your body shape.

    Running for at least 30 minutes 4 times a week and leg scissors until my stomach burns helped me a lot.

    you are already skinny and you have stomach fat… it happend when eating habbits are not good and food you take is something which cause having fat at belly. you should some kind of vegetables which help you to reduce that.
