crunches?!?!?

how many crunches will i have to do a day, for me to get a flat tummy in 2 weeks time?

25 normal, 25 right knee over left, left arm behind head and lean twoard your knee, switch, then do it with ur legs stright, and then bent.

    crunches won’t do it alone.. but you might wanna do 500+. the trick is really eating healthy and cardio work out to get rid of the fat around your abs. you can do a billion crunches but if you have fat surrounding your stomach, you will never see those abs.
