how many calories should i eat per day to…?

I want a flat tummy, I workout and everything, but i am just not seeing great results. I think it is because i eat too many calories. How many calories should i consume each day if i want to get a flat belly in 2-3 weeks?? I was thinking 1500. Should i eat more or less. Also, do ppl get flatter tummies but cutting down on calories?? I wasn’t too sure about that. lol

PS i am not fat, i just have a little extra fat on my tummy I wanna get rid of. thats it

I suggest reducing your calorie intake to around 1200 calories a day.

People get flatter tummies by doing cardio (around 45-60 minutes of it 4-5 times a week), and abdominal exercises (crunches, side crunches, etc.).

    15 calories per pounds of your weight…………if you weigh 100.then 1500…if you weigh 200…………..then 3000………
    that is what you need to neither gain or loose weight………….
