Im not fat it’s just I wanna lose this weight, especially because of my stomach. Im starting to run for thirty minutes 5 days of the week. I’m trying to eat a healthier diet. Can anyone give tips on how to lose belly fat in a month to get a flat belly? Is it even possible? Again, i’m NOT overweight I just hate having this belly and I would really want to get rid of it. What should I eat and what shouldn’t i eat?

how to get flat stomach?

im a 20 year old girl , and i have always been skinny . but i have a stomach and it realy bothers me , i dont feel comfortable in a bikini cause i feel so unbalanced ! i tried so many times to get ride of it but it never workes . i wana kno some tricks to getting rid of my stomack fat and have nice abs within the next 3 months before i leave for spring break , i wana be confident in my bikini in cancun ! icon smile how to get flat stomach? i wana kno everyyyy way possible to get rid of this tummy !

I feel your pain, the quest for a flat stomach can be frustrating. There is hope though, and it is possible to lose your excess stomach fat before Cancun!! These pointers will help you on your way to a flat stomach. First and most importantly make sure that your diet is in check. This doesn’t have to be hard, just cut out the junk food such as fast food, processed food, soda, candy bars, anything with a lot of sugar. Try to eat whole foods like egss, brown rice, sweet potatoes, lots of veggies, lean meats like chicken, turkey, and lean cuts of beef. Also try to eat some fish, not processed in the box fish but fresh fish, it’s really good for you. If you can do this your 80% of the way to a flat stomach.

Next is your workout. The best way to workout for getting flat abs fast isn’t going to be with traditional cardio like a treadmill or elliptical. Your going to want to focus on strength training while incorporating circuit training. Don’t worry you will not get bulky by doing this and you will still maintain a feminine physique. The reason for this is because muscle burns more calories than fat. So if you have more muscle than fat you will burn more calories.

Here is a sample workout that you can perform with little or no equipment. Your going to perform this workout in a circuit and it looks like this.

5 pull ups (if you can’t do pull ups use bent over rows or pull downs on a machine)
5 push ups
10 body weight squats
5 Chair dips
20 Jumping Jacks

Perform each exercise one right after the other without resting. Once you complete this circuit rest for 30 – 60 seconds and then repeat the circuity 5 – 10 more times. Now I’m not sure what your current fitness level is so you can adjust the numbers accordingly, these are not set in stone. This is just an example of the kind of workouts you should perform that will help you shed excess stomach fat much quicker than traditional cardio. You can make these workouts as hard as you like, its up to you.

If you start to implement these pointers you will be on your way to a flat stomach. Keep in mind that this is just one way to reach your goal, there are other ways to do this. This just happens to be the way that I feel is most effective. I am 13 yrs old 4’10 and weigh 98lbs. I am in 8th grade and we have a pool party as a year end party. I have about 8 months to get a flat stomache. I want to be bikini ready! If u can give me sum tips.
