teen diet help?

im exactly 5 feet, 14yrs old and i weigh somewhere between 150-160.
im trying to lose at least 20-30 pounds before the 4th of july but i dont really care about the weight…i just want my stomach to be flatter!

i’ve been doing crunches like crazy and not eating as much as i used to. i also have been dancing as another form of exercise.

if you know any other things i can do to get a flatter tummy then please tell me because i need something more than crunches.

i would really like to know if its possible to lose at least 10 pounds AND get a flatter tummy in 2 weeks & if it is ..PLEASE tell me how to do it…mainly just worried about the stomach.

ok so you can def lose 10 pounds but i dont think in 2 weeks….ur body takes a while for it to realize that ur feeding it different things and excersising more so u have to be patient….the best thing that i reccomend is do a lot of cardio…..you should be burning more calories than taking in

1)what should i do to get my thighs thicker……is there stuff u can eat for that or just exercises if so what?

2)how many squats shoulD i do a day to get my legs toned in 2 weeks

How can I get a flatter stomach in 2 weeks?

I’m going on a beach/clubbing holiday with 5 of my friends who are all UK size 8-10 girls. I’m a size 12 but i’m happy with my figuire, the only thing is i’m apple shaped so I have a lot of extra weight in my tummy and love handles and need to lose this! For the past 3 weeks i’ve been going to body pump twice a week, using the gym for cardio workouts twice a week and doing my own stomach exercises at home almost daily. I also went on the cabbage soup diet last week and lost 5 pounds (which I haven’t put back on) but there is no difference to my stomach! I have 2 weeks left and I don’t know what to do! Please help icon sad How can I get a flatter stomach in 2 weeks?
incase you didn’t read i have been doing CARDIO WORKOUTS and body pump (this is an hour long class which consists of toning exercises for the whole body)

girl all i can say is sit ups sit ups and more sit ups! lol also your firgure may not change if having a rounded figure runs in your family. if you ask me i would rather have more hips cuz i am skinny as a twig. i would stick with your plan though if you rily want a thinner figure. i say be happy with the way you are though. use what yo mama gave ya!!

how many crunches will i have to do a day, for me to get a flat tummy in 2 weeks time?

25 normal, 25 right knee over left, left arm behind head and lean twoard your knee, switch, then do it with ur legs stright, and then bent.

So yeah, you guys are probably getting sick of me. Lol. But you see, I am throwing my friend a birthday at the pool on July 16, and today is July 5. Can I get a flat tummy between now and then to look good in a swimsuit? I have a little pooch-y muffintop stomach. I’m 14, 118.4 lbs, and 5′ 1 1/2". Can I make my tummy flat, slim, and tone without a grotesque body-builder-female-Schwarzenegger thing going on? I do exercise 2 hours each day at the gym doing cardio and weight training. What can I do???

Lots of water in between meals but not too much with meals or it washes away the minerals… Minimize salt, sugar, carby or fatty stuff eg.breads, starches, sweets, wheats, juice, pop, milk-shakes etc)..Lots of veggies and fruits obviously, but mostly veggies, don’t get me wrong fruits are awesome too but try to make them out as ‘treats’ here and there. Eat them generally before working out for energy so you can burn the energy or else the sugars may raise your insulin levels which keeps your bod from burning fat cells. I like intense Cardio and not so much strength training unless doing them simultaneously which is called circuit training, eg. run on your desired machine for like a minute! then get off and do your weight training(as much as you feel is comfortable)…repeat this a few times and I guarantee you good results(deep breaths in between reps)…if you are looking to exercise from home, try jumping jacks or even better jumping up and down, lol I kno it sounds funny but it really gets your blood cranked! It’ll penetrate your entire body almost with muscle gain and also give you that ‘lean’ look you want.

SASSY WATER RECIPE:
2 liters water (about 8 1/2 cups or enough to fill up your pitcher)
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 medium cucumber. peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium lemon thinly sliced
12 small spearmint leaves

Combine ingredients and let it stand in fridge overnight. Drink all water the next day

How can I get a toned tummy in 2-3 weeks?

I’m looking at getting a flat tummy in about 27 days before I leave for Mexico. I am already very skinny (but average for my age) but surprisingly enough my mid section isn’t a match to the rest of my body. it’s all flat until the lower part. it’s like a bulge in my stomach. I’ve already bulit the muscle I need to get rid of it and I’m drinking a lot of water and trying to eat as healthy as possible. I’m looking for a toned mid section. is there any way I can do this properly without failing like I have the other times? its fine to my friends but it can be better. thanks for ur help.

You’re already on your way. Do sit ups, but also a lot of cardio. Weight training doesn’t directly burn fat, it just builds muscle which increases your metabolism. Doing cardio will burn the fat.
Eat a lot of fibre. That is probably the best thing you can do. I think I heard somewhere that blueberries are really good too.
