I’m 13 years old and I’m athletic, currently on my school’s basketball team. Since i live in cali it’s almost time to wear shorts again and i’m pretty flabby, i don’t know why. my thighs are horribly white so that makes them look bigger, but my outer side of my leg is perfect and toned but the inside is gross! my stomache is also like this, my oblique’s are solid and i know i probably have abs under a bag of groceries if ya know wwhat i’m sayin!
how can i totally get rid of all this fat and make it really toned an pretty? also a name of a really good self tanner lotion and razor so i can make my legs look really good?
i do eat healthy i want to know about excersices not diet!
Eat less.
Also, make your largest meal of the day breakfast or lunch…BUT NOT DINNER. Most people make dinner their biggest meal…but dinner time is close to bed time..and when you are in bed, you are not burning those calories as much because you are inactive. Try having cereal for dinner for awhile.

im a 20 year old girl , and i have always been skinny . but i have a stomach and it realy bothers me , i dont feel comfortable in a bikini cause i feel so unbalanced ! i tried so many times to get ride of it but it never workes . i wana kno some tricks to getting rid of my stomack fat and have nice abs within the next 3 months before i leave for spring break , i wana be confident in my bikini in cancun !

I feel your pain, the quest for a flat stomach can be frustrating. There is hope though, and it is possible to lose your excess stomach fat before Cancun!! These pointers will help you on your way to a flat stomach. First and most importantly make sure that your diet is in check. This doesn’t have to be hard, just cut out the junk food such as fast food, processed food, soda, candy bars, anything with a lot of sugar. Try to eat whole foods like egss, brown rice, sweet potatoes, lots of veggies, lean meats like chicken, turkey, and lean cuts of beef. Also try to eat some fish, not processed in the box fish but fresh fish, it’s really good for you. If you can do this your 80% of the way to a flat stomach.
Next is your workout. The best way to workout for getting flat abs fast isn’t going to be with traditional cardio like a treadmill or elliptical. Your going to want to focus on strength training while incorporating circuit training. Don’t worry you will not get bulky by doing this and you will still maintain a feminine physique. The reason for this is because muscle burns more calories than fat. So if you have more muscle than fat you will burn more calories.
Here is a sample workout that you can perform with little or no equipment. Your going to perform this workout in a circuit and it looks like this.
5 pull ups (if you can’t do pull ups use bent over rows or pull downs on a machine)
5 push ups
10 body weight squats
5 Chair dips
20 Jumping Jacks
Perform each exercise one right after the other without resting. Once you complete this circuit rest for 30 – 60 seconds and then repeat the circuity 5 – 10 more times. Now I’m not sure what your current fitness level is so you can adjust the numbers accordingly, these are not set in stone. This is just an example of the kind of workouts you should perform that will help you shed excess stomach fat much quicker than traditional cardio. You can make these workouts as hard as you like, its up to you.
If you start to implement these pointers you will be on your way to a flat stomach. Keep in mind that this is just one way to reach your goal, there are other ways to do this. This just happens to be the way that I feel is most effective. I want a flat tummy, I workout and everything, but i am just not seeing great results. I think it is because i eat too many calories. How many calories should i consume each day if i want to get a flat belly in 2-3 weeks?? I was thinking 1500. Should i eat more or less. Also, do ppl get flatter tummies but cutting down on calories?? I wasn’t too sure about that. lol
PS i am not fat, i just have a little extra fat on my tummy I wanna get rid of. thats it
I suggest reducing your calorie intake to around 1200 calories a day.
People get flatter tummies by doing cardio (around 45-60 minutes of it 4-5 times a week), and abdominal exercises (crunches, side crunches, etc.).

I gained just over 60 lbs in my pregnancy. I lost the first 30 within a week after giving birth. Then I hit a stand still and over the course of the last year have lost about 20 pounds. I did reach my pre pregnancy weight however I believe I am 10 lbs over it again. I don’t worry much about weight as I do the look of my body. I have curves and my body just looks like a larger version of what it used to be with the exception that my belly has excess skin. It doesn’t look nasty and its flat I just want to tone it. I have been doing crunches and other ab exercises twice a day. I have yet to see any difference but I can feel a difference in the underlying muscle. I haven’t been doing this for very long so I am not expecting results right away but has anyone had luck in other exercises with getting rid of the excess skin and how long did it take?
I am also annoyed with my breasts. My daughter is 14 months and we are still nursing but when I am finished will they ever go back? My size over doubled once I got pregnant and I have heard they go back and have heard they dont. My older sister told me horror stories of her breasts looking like empty socks with rocks and the bottom, just hanging there. This saddens me and even turns me off during intercourse with my hubby. Are there any exercises to help tighten the breasts? I went from a solid 36D to a 36DDDD =( I hate the look of them and will eventually most likely invest in a breast lift but I still want to have another one so I have to wait.
Any suggestions from any other moms out there that may have experienced the same issues and had success at improving the belly and/or breasts?
I have also been told that once the skin separates from the muscle it doesn’t go back so are my ab workouts even going to make a difference in the overall look of the loose skin?? I realize everyone is different but I guess I am hoping its not genetic. My mother, after 5 pregnancies, is skinny but bigger than she was before her first pregnancy and she still has excess skin on her tummy so am I doomed to never be the same??

The size of the breasts fluctuates while breast feeding which is absolutely normal.They will get big when full and shrink when empty of milk.After the breast feeding is stopped the breast will take their normal form.they never look like socks,no matter how many babies fed.They will hang only in very old age.

i have been trying very hard to lose weight my body has always been naturally feminine but just lot of fat everywhere its not like i am obese but i am the plumpy type i need to become skinny and men are supposed to have high metabolisms but its the opposite for me i have a verry low metabolism and gain weight easily which may or may not be good for a transgender anyway i really need to get a flat tummy please suggest how?
Wow! I have (maybe had?) the exact problem as you. I am male-to-female as well, and I have always had to struggle with a plumper, and naturally curvy body. I used to have really bad self-esteem until I realized that I could change my body and my health if I worked at it. Last October I weighed about 245! It was the heaviest I’ve ever been im my life and I was very unhappy (and worried for my health). So, I began dieting really strictly and exercising for about 30 min a day. It took a lot of effort and willpower but now I weigh about 173 (72 pounds off!!). Most people who want to lose weight don’t want to hear it (but subconciously know it), but the only reliable way to lose weight is to diet and excercise. As far as dieting goes, there is a whole lot of confusing and bizarre diets out there. I tried different ones, but the one that worked the best for me is the one I made myself. Now, your mileage may vary, but my diet plan is based around eating mostly fruit with some dairy, lean meats and vegetables, and occasional bread and carbs. A big thing is to cut out drinking pop and start replacing it with water (which is really difficult for some) and try not eat any junk food or highly processed food. What I usually do is eat a banana for breakfast, an apple or two for lunch, and a normal meal (still healthy) for dinner. I know this sounds very restrictive (and it is) but you’ll get used to it, and it does give results. Trust me, I know I still have some pounds to lose, but you’re hard work and dedication pays off in the end. Not to mention you get to feel proud of yourself and buy a new wardrobe!
Btw: It’s okay and normal to have some body fat. It helps give you curves which are feminine and attractive (my bf told me lol). Women usually have more fat than men anyways, so try not to stress out about getting rid off every inch.You just have to trim off the excess not get rid of it all.

No i am not pregnant. Im a 20 yr old who goes to college and ive been eating to stay awake for exams. My legs and arms are fine but its just my tummy that fat. I don’t care about losing weight i just care about getting a flat stomach.
Is it possible to lose my ugly belly without running? I have a heart problem n i get tired very very easily. How easily? Let’s just say that when i was in high school, i didn’t have to do the 4 laps on the field for PE class.(slip from the doctor. Ya lucky)
Lately ive been doing crunches on the floor and the big ball for 25min-45 min, 2 times a day n using my brothers weights( not much). My brother said it wont work unless i run but i don’t believe that bcuz baq in 2007 i worked out for 2 months n got a flat tummy( not very flat but enough to know i have lost the extra fat). I want to believe in myself but idk anymore..

crunches and sit ups are the best. Do them until it hurts and then do a few more. If it hurts you are getting the exercise you need, if it doesn’t hurt then you are only maintaining what you have. Hopefully you don’t get tired and quit. If you get tired, then rest and continue as soon as possible. Try to workout at least 30 minutes continuously and for an hour a day.
